Rebuilding our Middle School: Community-wide Information & Visioning Sessions 


The Community Bond Advisory Committee has reached a major milestone in their work and are inviting the community of Molalla to participate in several upcoming Information and Visioning Sessions. The Community Bond Advisory Committee (CBAC), is a community group formed at the request of the school board with the primary objective of revisiting the district’s master facilities plan in order to prioritize facility improvements for the School Board to consider in a potential bond measure for voters in the School District in the May 2024. 

It is now time to engage the greater community in the work of the CBAC committee. 

You are Invited to one or more of the following sessions that have been designed to inform, engage and inspire our entire community around the potential that exists for our middle school and generations of MRSD students.

Wed 10/25 – Mulino Elementary School

Thu 11/2 – Rural Dell Elementary

Wed 11/15 – Molalla River Middle School

Mon 11/20 – Clarkes Elementary

Tue 11/21 – Molalla Elementary School

Doors open at 5:30, Session from 6:00-8:00pm

During each session, you can expect to : 

  • Learn about the plan to rebuild the middle school under the CBAC’s recommendation to the board
  • participate in a “gallery walk” of design elements, to identify elements and concepts that should be considered in the potential rebuild of our middle school. 
  • Provide input on design element, concepts and ask questions on the development of new space
  • Understand the next steps in the process
